She worked in tandem with the home builder sales rep to schedule and show us plenty of houses within the community, and helped us pick out our home. Beyond this, she ended up negotiating over $40k+ in incentives and over $15k+ in closing costs. When you have someone like that in your corner that will fight for you, it makes the overwhelming experience of buying a home so simple.
